Steak 'n Shake

I'm here so often, food is always amazing and the staff as well.

Best fast food restaurant

Love Steak 'n Shake but they were out of a lot of their products, making this experience not as great as normal

It's the best fast casual restaurant ever

Slow service took awhile to order, receive food

I order 4 chillies ask for extra crackers she gave me a total of 2 packs of crackers I guess she thought we should share a pack of crackers with each other. Burger was supposed to have cheese no cheese was on the burger. I used to love these Steak 'n Shake I've been dissatisfied I last couple of times.

The waitress kept making the same mistake, no refills on drinks, hey needed more staff.

Waitress messed up our order several times. Only slightly apologetic. One plate got cold while waiting on the other. Eggs cooked incorrectly. Not very happy. One of three customers in restaurant, plenty of staff.
