The staff is always friendly at the restaurant. We are normally very pleased with the food at Steak n Shake but I ordered the "Bacon Lovers" cheeseburger and was disappointed. There was about a half strip of bacon on the burger and that is far from a "Lovers" sandwich. It was good, just lacking bacon.
