Red Robin

Was extremely packed in red robins and pos systems failed and my server Kyle still brought all our order out fast and correct. What an amazing server especially in a stressful moment the servers were in. Prob one of the east service I have ever had.

Love my server Joanne. The kitchen seemed to mess up my order. I got the hamburger as ordered (Boca patty) but the kitchen didn't make my onion rings. I received my rings another 10 minutes after I received my burger. I understood they were training in the kitchen, but it sure seemed like a long delay on the onion rings.

The Morgan Hill location has great service & Joanne is a wonderful bartender. The manager on duty always checks on the customers to make sure they had a great experience. Only problem I've ever had there was on occasion my hamburger (boca pattie) Is over cooked. I'm sure the cook doesn't know how hard a Boca burger becomes if it's over cooked.

The staff have to be more attentive of their customers .
