I brought my niece's car in because she lost control this morning and hit the barrier, taking a chunk out of her tire. I knew I had to replace it, but I wasn't prepared to have to replace them all. I was however, glad that her repeated loss of traction was due to bald tires and not some much worse/expensive mechanical problem. I was happy to be treated fairly and patiently because I had had a hard day already. And yes, the car drive MUCH better as I left!
