Poor customer service no one at counter when I came in had to call for someone from the back. Place was dirty unfriendly staff I turned and left

Fries tasted like they'd been sitting there for days, service was soooo slow, and there was no one in front of us in line! No ketchup, pop machine in front was down. My friends ham sandwich had 3, maybe 4 pieces of ham, the rest was all bun. Very bad experience.
