Steak 'n Shake

Great location!

little slow for take out order

This particular steak and shake has serious problems . They turned a dozen people away while we were eating because they were under staffed. Also the In general ghetto attitude at this store is off putting. People are yelling and complaining from the grill area.

Food was good and hot service was quick. Restaurant was a little dirty

Horrible and slow customer service

I was completely ignored by 11 people working there for over 15 min while I waited. Finally I called someone from the drive-thru over to take my order, and she was very friendly. I think her name was Lavina. The manager walked right past me at least 10 times, and never once acknowledged that I was even there! There were 14 people, seated at 6 tables while I was there; so it was not very busy. Immediately after I ordered, a teenage couple came in, and they were greeted and were able to place an order in less than a minute

I love the taste of Steakburgers

Food was good order wasn't exactly right, but that's ok. Service was slow but friendly, manager isn't very friendly
