My husband wanted the char-broiled BBQ chicken sandwich. I paid $17 for that and a hot/ham/cheese combo. The chicken sandwich didn't look fresh at all - a small thin dried out piece of chicken that looked like it had been microwaved and dunked in sauce. There was a single wilted piece of lettuce on it. I could have paid $16 and went to a local BBQ place and got a lot more food and better quality. We took a picture of it and plan to report it to the manager. Never going back: the location in Westfield is horrible:
