I came to discount tire to have my car looked after experiencing some problems and found out that I needed all four tires replaced! He made the transaction very easy and help me understand why I needed them (I am not a car person). I wish the tires were cheaper, but its okay!

Amazing! I had busted both tires on my passenger side so my car was not drivable. They helped load the two tires in my friends car so I could at least put one on so I can drive my car up there but when I got home I couldn't figure out how to change it so I called back up thinking I had gotten the wrong tires and an employee, Patrick, offered to come to my apartment and change it for me! He was a life saver that day and I was able to get my car running and back to the store to get properly changed! The only complaint I have is this is the first Discount Tires I've ever been too that doesn't have used tires but other than that they were amazing!

Messed up my appointment time (my fault) was able to get my car fixed in 20 minutes.
