Hardee's

I'm not sure why this location still requires you to sign a receipt for a credit transaction less than $25 when it isn't necessary.

Ordered a malt. No whip. They only filled it 2/3 full. Asked to fill, they said no. Said whip fills the rest, but every other Hardee's I have gone to have me a full malt then whip on top, which is why the cover is curved. I get Hardee's very rarely, so highly disappointing.
