I ordered 4 breakfast biscuits. The bread was hard and dark brown. We could only eat what was in the middle of the biscuit. We were traveling so I couldn't go back to have them to correct the issue.

We sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes. When we got out milkshakes they were liquified. Must have been made as soon as we ordered it and because we sat soo long in the drive thru it turned sloppy.
