Staff was loud and obnoxious. You could hear them cutting up across the dining room. Took 15 minutes to receive food after placing order. Dining room was very dirty. Did not get order correct. Fries were very cold! Will not go back.

Kernersville NC Hardee's has horrible customer service. Young lady was too busy socializing and took forever to had me my food once she placed it in the bag then when she did hand it to me and I left and went to eat t it was the wrong order. When return she switched the sandwiches but gave me the same fries right at the drive they window...talk about sanitation! Very disappointed

Sadly, after getting back from getting the order... 2 biscuits and a large hash rounds were missing from my order. I was furious, upon calling the restaurant where the fax machine keeps picking up! Really? Not a good start to our day!
