The drive thru service is much faster than ordering at the counter. The cook had ear plugs in and the employees had to yell out his name several times before he popped one of the plugs out so that he could hear that we wanted American Cheese rather that Cheddar on our all natural burger. When we asked if we could make the switch, the cashier acted as though we had asked her to extract a tooth! It's a piece of cheese!!! After all of that. It took 10 minutes to get our order from the time of ordering. My husband was just about to snap when the order came up and as he went to take it she said that she would bring it out. Why? We didn't understand waiting longer to be served. The moment was spoiled for us to feel that this was s special touch.

Great breakfast and burgers.

Best fast food breakfast. I was disappointed to know that they replaced the cinnamon raisin biscuit with the cinnamon pull-a-parts. Hopefully this isn't for forever.
