Steak and shake employees are always friendly. The food is always hot and fresh and correct. The beverages always taste great. The service is actually pretty fast for how good the food.

I was high satisfied with our waiter maybe something steak and shake can improve on is the time management.

Freezing cold. Super slow. The single poor waitress couldn't get anything from the kitchen correct. Stood by the register and 5 employees for 4 minutes till someone decided to take my money.
