I went to the store off Peoria, Tulsa,Okla. the manager (JOSH),...assisted me, he was not only engaging, but approachable enough that I felt comfortable with the many questions I had on merchandise.I spoke with Josh in length, and after a detailed reply back, I purchased the item. It was nice to expel all stereotypes usually heard of at pawn stores, josh Allard, (I saved his name on purpose) the mngr..., gave me the confidence that if the product was faulty, I could come back for store credit,..etc..amongst all the other benefits , insurance,etc.. so i felt well informed on the purchase ,and I did .Thanks to his patience w/my questions, my purchase was non-defective and my experience at store were quite rewarding. AGAIN THANK YOU TO JOSH ALLARD AND HIS STAFF.....milt.
