Thier burgers are great. I wish they would go back to their old style fries, which were comparable to McDonalds.

Cold food...ran out of items and didn't inform till already paid....long wait for cold food ...no apology

The staff at this location is always super friendly and exceed customer service standards. However, the execution on the food is very sloppy. More importantly however was the condition of the eating area. There were literally about 50 flies inside and were about 4 on each table. Although the place wasn't busy, no one came to clean up the dirty tables and take care of the horrid fly situation. Needless to say, I will never go back again.
