The staff is great in the grooming area. I was a little nervous about taking my dog back there since the lady who normally does my dog is no longer with the company and I have a very temperamental dog but the did great!!!

Love the groomers they do a great job!! Always find a large selection of treats.

Girl at check out made me wait while she braided her hair and had to explain to me how good she was at braiding without looking. On another visit, the guy at the register was in a personal phone call the entire time I was at the register.

Pet co has held these vaccine clinics for years, but yesterday you would have thought they never had done one. So few people in line at clinic but it took an hour to see the vet. Complete disorganization, I am know rethinking the clinic. If Petco bought Luv My Pet, then why don't they have a designated area for these clinics in their stores???? Stop paying executives big bucks and spent it on someone that will reorganization the store, better spent money.
