I feel very good with staff sence I've been going to this pawn shop for over a year and it just makes things easy to pawn to this store then going to another pawn shop where they don't know me....

The man that assisted us has been there the last 2 times we were there, acts like everything everyone brings in is worthless. He is condescending and it is as if the money is coming out of his own pocket. We have pawned there before and always pick up our merchandise on time. We also frequently purchase items there. It is only in dealing with him that we have ever felt this way. Perhaps he would benefit from some customer service training and maybe needs to be reminded that he is not the owner of the location and that not all people that pawn items are the dregs of society. We have our own business and because of the recent storms experienced personal loss and in addition lost many days of work. Everyone falls on hard times and many times it is due to circumstances beyond their control. When Cliff worked there we were treated well and always met with a smile.

The mgr was making rude comments about Me and how many items I had on loan and she never says hello I been in At least 20 times since she became store manager the only one who speaks is some lady named Anna and some guy with black hair and their is a blonde head man who works and he isn't very nice to if your in customer service make sure you care about your customer or your just in the wrong business kindness goes along way even a hello thank you for your time and listen cash america is a great place to shop and I will return to see if there's any inprovements
