Speed of service is usually pretty slow. In addition, there is a loud fan unit next to the drive-thru order box that is quite disruptive when ordering. There were trash cans sitting outside the backdoor in the drive-thru area. Seems to me that a drive-thru area shouldn't have plain view of trash cans for inside the kitchen. The employees were joking around inside during my visit and it could be heard over the speaker box.

Wish prices were better or better deals going on. However food and service are excellent
