I like Petco because of the friendly staff. They seem very knowledgeable about the animals and the seem to genuinely care.

Assistance on floor rarely available. Lots of dog urine on the floor around the store. Did not receive any customer service until check out. Stopped in on my way home but normally go to another pet store due to issues stated above.

Staff are unavailable on the floor to answer questions. This has happened several times I've been there. It'd be nice if they carried prescription brand food. I'd shop there more often.
