Cash America

I came in for DVD's. My expectations were exceeded. They had a large selection at a very reasonable price.

I have shopped at various cash america locations in houston for man years and have spent thousands on merchandise over the years. I consider myself a VIP customer. I have yet to be dissatisfied with any of the store locations, the employees, or the merchandise.

I was greeted when I walked in I was having a bad day and employee 57243 was very helpful and assured me that is cash america was not like the one I dealt with in the past. just the respect was nice. so this is why.

The sales associates were courteous and knowledgeable; prepared to negotiate or offer interesting and reasonable deals on merchandise of interest. The manager Tiffany provided additional support and negotiated fairly. The staff was friendly and conversational and made the buying experience pleasurable and more like a retail experience rather than a predatory transaction.

Tiffanie Staten(shop manager) was very polite, courteous and professionally helpful. I was greeted and welcomed into the store when I went inside. She made several recommendations about the product I was purchasing. She was very helpful
