outI am a long time Petco shopper. I have a retriever who has had spinal column surgery and has had a lot of success with a very specific formula of.Science Diet dog food. it is very expensive and when I request that my receipt be emailed to me and then Petco prints out a coupon at the register for a larger bag of dog food then I typically would buy AND I manage to keep a hold of that coupon, make my standard special trip to the store get the size above the one a typically buy and one size belie the largest, I become very grumpy when I get up to the register and it is clearly.marked $5 off a $25 purchase and my bag is $35 I do not expect to spend a half hour as the cashier attempts to figure out why the coupon is not working...just to find out that oppps the fine print says it has to be 4 ilbs heavier...REALLY? SERIOUSLY?? the bag is already over the stated price of $25. further I really don't expect to have to go back to the food myself to find they DONT CARRY THAT SIZE and then end up having to up size yet again...to a $45 bag our lose my discount...I had to drag the bag back to the counter, weight in line AGAIN, PAY $20 more than I originally planned and all for a $5 coupon, that should have been attached to my card automatically, taken off, and not included any silly fine print.... UGH
