Pawnbroker, she told me about the DVD text. She explained toe how it works and such. I personally have purchased at least a hundred DVD's in the last month or so. She was polite and courteous, a rare thing nowadays, especially since I'm a Native Alaskan. I'm not homeless, but categorized as such just because I'm Native. Kudo's to her and her professionalism!
