cashiers don't know anything about products sold cant help me right away. there was a dead fish and others being treated and a clerk dropped a koi fish on the floor! i loved the beauty of the fish but thise 3 things boo.

Transaction was extremely slow took over an hour to retrieve my $5 pals rewards when I had the email ready and available for them to scan on my phone. The sales associate informed me they had a new system for tracking their customers' $5 pals rewards and it would be quick and easy. Unfortunately it was not and took a very long time them to finish the transaction. I was very upset will not be visiting sloat petco location in San Francisco.
