Good experience

To be considered a highly satisfied customer service location from my point of view. A minimal wait time should be less than three minutes not eight to ten minutes. While I can see where some would not be impatient in their visit, others such as myself may only have been there to make a payment on a layaway. Not to shop or browse the merchandise in the store as many would do while they are waiting to be served. A layaway aisle with a numbering system as well could speed things along. When someone has made other plans their time is valuable. Overall my visit was successful my visit was satisfactorily pleasant. The employees were very friendly and helpful as well. My total visit time was less than thirty minutes. Considering the amount of people in the store at that time would seem a legitimate amount of time. Thank you.
