I stopped in because I had a big credit on my PALS rewards card that I received because of a previous bad experience. I picked out what I wanted, and went to the register. The credit didn't work. I had to call corporate, wait, then hand the phone to the clerk so they could read off 3 extremely long coupon codes (like 20+ digits each!). It took a really long time, was annoying, and kept everyone else waiting. And this was a credit for the last time they screwed up horribly! The clerk was patient and great, so that was at least a bright side in a mess of a situation.
