Forgot a request on my order

The quality of the food is good. The cashier approach could improve. I did not say when I ordered the lemonade to put no ice in. When I got to the window to pay and saw her putting the cup full of ice. I said no ice please. She said I have already fixed yours. I said okay I forgot to tell you I did not want any ice. I would have appreciated it better if she would have said, okay I will give you no ice. She made me feel like I was being a problem. Also her tone when I asked for a senior lemonade did not come across well. I am 60 years old and though that I qualify for a discount. I would like for the order person to be more pleasant.
