They seriously have the best burgers in Lufkin and Nacogdoches combined. I know it takes a little longer to get my food but it is ALWAYS piping hot when delivered to me as it was on this visit. My son ate the chicken strips which are his favorite over any other place as well. And nothing can top their seasoned criss-cut fries!

Great food. A bit if of a wait at the window but the fresh, hot food was the payoff for a little patience.

The girl working was very friendly and smiled a lot. She was very thorough and did not mess up our order at all, including asking if we wanted dipping sauces or ketchup

It was good, but I was disappointed that sweet potato fries were no longer served. That was really why I went in to Carl's. I won't be as likely to go as often unless I'm just looking for a change. Please bring sweet potato fries back!
