Cash America is great with their customers and their services. I was highly satisfied with their service and employees.

I asked for amount and received an higher one

I was very satisfied with my experience at Cash America. I went to the pawn shop to get a camera or two, and I put one of the cameras on layaway. The assistant that assisted me was awesome. He knew a lot about the camera I wanted to buy. I asked him so many questions, and he had an answer for everyone! Everyone in the store seemed like they knew what they were doing. Everyone was friendly. I will be returning, not only to pay off my layaway bill, but to purchase other items.

I have shopped there before and I've never been unhappy with the service. On this visit, they were readily available, not intrusive, and friendly. I like shopping there for many items that I could not afford at the retail price. I like being able to return or exchange if there is a problem with the item purchased. I also do not feel unsafe or threatened in anyway. I am a female.

They was kind,and they was giving me all the details of what's going on with other prices of other stores that cost of items was higher than others.

I found the woman I dealt with extremely helpful. All of the employees I had dealings with were also. Credit given.
