Got the breakfast sandwich of the loaded omelet. Rather greasy. The chicken biscuit my daughter got looked really good

Could have been warmer

I have been to this Hardee's before and had no issue. Today the fellow waiting on me in the drive thru hardly spoke clearly and then I had to ask for the sauce I wanted and also if he needed to know what kind of drink I wanted with the combo I ordered. When at the window I had to wait to pay and to get drink then food. On the third time I had to roll my window down because I was freezing trying to wait. He acted as if that was annoying to him. Then the drink I orders had soda all down the side of the cup. Before I could get it in the car to wipe it off, it spilled all down my white business shirt because the lid wasn't on completely. It was not crazy busy and there were no cars behind me. No reason to flit around with one thing while you slack on another. It was a not so great experience.

Me and my friend were the only people there and it took them almost 20 minutes to get our food out and it was not very good either, 2 thumbs WAY down
