I really dislike this particular cash America. This one girl I think the manager is always very rude. It turned me away from doing a loan with them. The time before I went I was getting a loan on a Xbox and she told me I had to have a play n charge kit with it and that it came with the system. Which it did not. I heavily researched it and even had proof that I bought that item separately. So she made me go all the way back home to Marion and get it. When j went back another associate rang me up and said I didn't even need it and that it was weird she made me go through all that trouble becuswe it doesn't come with the system. So I went back in today giving them another chance and she did it again. I will never go to this location again. And it made cash America look really bad in my opinion knowing that that they have one employee like this and haven't done anything about it
