I had a coupon from the survey. It did not work but manager and cashier gave me a video or DVD. That was great customer service. I will redeem a mini coupon again.

Sales Associates were not very friendly or helpful with giving information on a power tool I was interested in purchasing. I purchased it anyway and turned out it didn't work as it should have. I ended up returning it for a refund. It's been three days and has still not credited back to my credit card.
