last time we visited Backyard burgers it was the worst restaurant visit I've ever had. the g.m. emailed me and comped my next visit. I disn't think that I would visit again but I decided to try it and give them a second chance. it was well worth it. the customer service was excellent. the food was fantastic. the wait time was not long, especially compared to our last visit. they did a complete turn around.
