I had just worked an 11 hour day, I work in retail, so I have to give excellent customer service every day, so when I don't get what I want after a long day it makes me very angry. I drove 8 miles out of my way to go to culvers because I wanted an Oreo mixer with extra Oreo and extra ground up, but I got big chunks of Oreo in the middle, I ended up throwing it out. Not a happy customer at all!!!!
