The kitchen sent out the wrong burger to me & the manager brought me the correct one eventually. Took the price of the burger off the tab, so that was nice.

I don't like all the changes red robin is making to become a more classy and sophisticated restaurant. But I do like the food. And I love the server at one location who keeps me coming back! Please stop making stupid changes. You were great the way you were! Baskets and all!
