Marilyn was so helpful I was getting a loan on my subs and she want all the way to opening the doors and helped me carrie them in she was very nice as well!

We originally entered the store hoping to sell an engagement ring that we didn't want, but it didn't work out. However, we looked at the jewelry in their cases, and the sweet lady, Marilyn, walked with me from one end of the cases to the other showing me rings. She was so friendlfriendly and funny, and when we found the ring we both absolutely loved, she was able to take down the price quite a bit, and gifted me a jewelry cleaning bottle. I would definitely visit again and reccomend it to friends.

It was quick, customer service was very great, I never have problems when I go into cash America and the people there are very nice and friendly.

They were very nice and helpful and understanding when our almost 2 year old was getting into stuff and throwing a fit. They made it simple to find what we were looking for since my husband and I had to shop in shifts while the other took our daughter outside

The employee was especially kind and courteous.. receptive to how i was actually feeling. Honestly not being highly satisfied has nore to do not only with the merchandise up for loan but that fact that i really detest having to do things like this. Especially concerning the piece i put up for loan against. For me it is based on the sentimental value that my ring has and having to pawn it was hard...but the employee was very sweet and that made a world of difference to me personally :)
