Ray Lampley, the service rep we dealt with, went out of his way to help us by answering questions we had and then loading the lawn mower we purchased. The mower did not have a blade on it so he looked it up to see if our local Lowe's had one available and what the cost was and told us if we went and bought the blade and brought it back he would put it on for us. We went and purchased the new blade but could not get the Blade bell support & screw and returned to see if he could help He looked up the replacement parts on the computer and told us where we could order the parts and which part numbers we needed, which we have done. We have bought other items from Ray in the past and he has always been very helpful which means a great deal to us as my husband is disabled.

The store was clean and organized, much like a retail location. The staff was friendly, personable, and made you feel at home.
