When told that we needed to wipe the pass code from the lap top we wanted to pawn..... we accidentally frozen the computer and crashed it, leaving it worthless.... the associate RJ in the olympia store, was very patient and spent almost 3 hours helping us restore the system.... and then gave us a loan

We come into Cash America-Lacey Branch often to purchase DVD's and Blu-Ray's. We always receive excellent service. Sean is always helpful in recommending movies to us based on what we like and movies he has seen. We have also purchased 2 laptops with Sean help. When Sean is not available the other customer service reps. are just as helpful! We will continue to come into Cash America to purchase items!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I asked what I needed to do And Tina Gratias helped me the whole time. She had a answer for every question. And in detail. Very fair great coustomer service. Just over all a great experience.

Prices used to be better. Too high now. Don't like to try to dicker down. Prices are about the same as new retail. No thanks.
