Very slow service. Our guest finished his meal before our shakes even arrived. This used to be a pretty good Steak and Shake. Not anymore.

I NEEDED a milk shake and this restaurant was out of peppermint pieces. They made me aware and told me about several other options. The staff was WONDERFUL to me and my shake was delicious!

their burgers are delicious. their shakes are even better and are reasonably priced during happy hour.
