Food was horrible

The chili was watery and they got my order wrong originally

The person who took my order was very short, kept cuttings off and having to ask for order again and again. I got to the window and she read off the wrong order to me. I tried re-telling her my order (1 burger and two drinks) again but she cut me off again by shutting the window in my face. She had my credit card and stayed gone for a good 3-4 minutes. She finally came back with my correct order but still had my card; I had to ask for it back. The man in front of me must've had a problem, too, because he parked and took his bag of food in.

They made me wait ! And the took more than 15 min and it looked like it was not busy at all they were more concerned about their drive threw time !

I order four different meals (burgers with no mayo on three of them. Got food home and burgers had mayo on them. I called the steak and shake and the manger was very nice and offered to correct the problem.
