Every time I go into a PetCo I have a difficult time finding an associate on the floor to help me find what I am looking for or answer my questions. I always have to go hunt for help or ask the cashier for assistance which is a challenge because the cashier needs to stay at the cash register.

My only complaint is that I registered for the rewards program months ago and my phone number is not the system.

Didn't have fish I was looking for, no staff looking to help customers, had to go looking for someone to help me. Only went there because I was in the area, I usually go to petsmart near my house, and petco is overpriced and don't have any in-store coupons.
