Steak 'n Shake

Nice restaurant with good service.

There was on a couple tables occupied when I arrived and still took ten minutes to get seated.I thought this is going to be a bad visit but everything changed with a good server and good food.

Waited a little longer for my order than usual but still a good experience

Always slow. Terrible fries and the sliders are ridiculous. Not even enough meat on 3 of them to make a single patty Hamburger. Also the way they work the happy hour system is ridiculous. They wanted to charge my daughter full price because the ticket was started before happy hour. The shake was not Ordered until after happy hour began. Then the girl would not correct it. The waitress (Brittany) got the mgr to fix it. Brittany was the most competent and friendly of all the people including the mgr. he had to explain everything like it is our duty to get the stuff rung up on 2 separate tickets. Go figure. I have never had a completely good experience at any of the Steak and shake restaurants EVER!
