The drive thru workers alway make you feel like your bothering them in there tone of voice. There is no "welcome to hardees" or "good morning" or "hello". Just what would you like. Take 10+ t get food when your the only one inline which is fine somewhat since food is vein made to order. But recently I ordered food and upsides to medium and when I confirmed order at window since they didn't. They told me w"we are out of med fry boxes sorry. Ummmm okay? So you can have a small or a large they said. No I want a med! Nope not an option. Couldn't they have just used large containers and put a med portion in it or upgrade at no cost due to inconveniencing the buyer! Hermann mo store is very irritating to visit most of the time. There are a few day workers that are more friendly and provide quick service.
