Sara did my title loan and said it would only take 20 mins but took over an hour. Seems like she needs to start letting people know she takes an hour to do a loan.

The wait in this store much of the time is crazy. Like line out the door crazy. If Friday is the busiest day it should have max staff. Also the staff stop and stand and chat some times about inappropriate things while people stand and wait.
