Loved the room and comfortable bed and pillows.

I had a nice stay. The price was very reasonable and its in a convenient location. the staff was very friendly.

Lady at front desk very nice and friendly. Great location.

Look I understand that it is hard to find people who fulfill the customer oriented nature of the business but there is an employee that was being loud and verbally abusive two mornings in a row. I hope she isn't like this again she had a long blonde ponytail and I believe her name was Janna or something similar but for the past two mornings while I was having breakfast she would berate the two people working in the kitchen. I believe that she was acting like she was a manager but I found out that she wasn't. She was yelling at them asking how much does she have to pay them to get them to clean and take out the trash. Just unprofessional and damaging. This morning she disrupted my breakfast so much that I quickly retreated to my room to eat. I would hate to come back if she were still working here and treating people like that. She ruined my vacation vibe!!!! Needs to be trained on her people skills and how to act in front of customers. Horrible!!!! I may never comeback if I call and find out she is still working here.
