The staff was friendly enough. They got the order right but it took longer than I am used to at White Castle. Over all everything tastes good and it wasn't a bad experience.

While the food was good, the service was horrible !!!! After waiting a good 10 minutes at the intercom the attendant a dived me they only had two people working. I then say in the drive thru for another 29 minutes. Not a good experience on this visit.

I don't usually eat at White Castle, but they were on the way home. I was pleasantly surprised with my order. The food was hot, fresh and received in a timely manner.

Every year we attend Rock in the Range in Columbus, Ohio and every year we stop at this White Castle at 1am. Great food and great team! Thank you White Castle!!
