Chicken sandwich was terrible there was barely any chicken and was hard as a rock and I was the only one there and took about 15 mins to get my order

Staff wasn't friendly at all, food was cold, had to get refund - after waiting for extended period of time for fresh food and it still not being "fresh". No apology or anything.
