they were slow to get our food and there wasnt any one else there and the fries were cold and had been cooked awhile

isI got 2 free burgers with the Super Star Rewards app on my phone. they didn't char broil them. The meat was cold. I had to throw them away. I love Hardees but wil never order from this Hardees.
