All good but we were served our shakes after our burgers were served to us 5 minutes after. Need to have drinks at same time.

HORRIBLE!!! The guy taking my order was rude & dismissive; the prices are ridiculous; the food took forever to be ready... I'd much rather go to In & Out where the food is fast, affordable & delicious!! I don't know how Fatburger has stayed in business...

Sods machine broken, cashier more interested in other things than customers

I walked in and place was filthy. The soda fountain was not working because of health dept. shut down. He service was horrible and the food was the worst tasting I have had at a burger place. Bun was cracked and stale, fries were old and soggy, they didn't put the bacon on that I paid for. I used to be a fan of fat burger but based on my my last 3 experiences I will never eat there again.
