I had to return an item and that transaction went smoothly. I exchanged the item. I don't typically go to Petco bc its my husbands pet.

Very good staff very knowledgeable lots of help I think God that Petco is not cutting their staff to the point the customers cannot be assisted properly

Dog bones I bought has bugs in it. Petco doesn't carry big bags of Grain Free Bil-Jac. It is more efficient to buy big bag for having 3 dogs. Last longer.
