I live in Newport Ky and we have two White Castle in our city one on York St and one on 27 the one on 27 is the one to go to if you want fresh burgers always hot meat never dried out like the one on York maybe the manager on 27 should go down to York st show them how it's done properly

Good food at fair prices

The White Castle in Newport ky is terrible. I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes before someone even told me there was a wait, there is no inside dining at this location. No apology was offered nor a discount. I'll. e taking my business else where from now on as this isn't the first time this has happened.
